Addison Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and R&D roles in a fast-paced technology environment. The role involves proactive sourcing, collaboration with business leaders, and managing offers through closing.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical talent in tech, software, SaaS, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, and passive candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering, product, and R&D roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, provide market insights, and advise on compensation and timelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM.
