Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Denver, CO for a hybrid role (3–4 days in the office). The recruiter will manage the full lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to fill specialized technology roles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for specialized or senior roles.
Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to set candidate requirements and interview plans.
Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
Provide insights on compensation trends and recruiting strategies.
Maintain candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Track recruiting activity and improve hiring efficiency.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and fair hiring standards.
Partner with HR on compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
Share recruiting best practices and support employer branding.
