You will partner with hiring managers, craft strategic sourcing initiatives, and build diverse talent pipelines while ensuring candidate experience and policy compliance.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, ATS experience, and proficiency with sourcing platforms, with a flex (hybrid) work arrangement requiring 3 days in office and 2 remote

Qualificações

• Candidates must have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years' full-life cycle recruiting, or a high school diploma with 9 years' experience.
• Strong consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ATS, recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
