Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice on transactions.
• Lead domestic and international M&A from inception to closing.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, LOIs, term sheets, and definitive agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction protections.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, and HR.
