Qualifications

• Strong corporate/M&A attorney with ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused advice.
• Experience leading domestic and international M&A and strategic transactions through all deal stages.
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating NDAs, LOIs, term sheets, and definitive agreements.
• Lead due diligence and translate findings into protections for the transaction.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, Compliance, HR and IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-oriented legal counsel on significant transactions across Cencora’s global organization.
• Independently manage domestic and international M&A and strategic transactions from inception through closing.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize transaction documents and related agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence and identify legal risks; implement protections.
• Partner with Corporate Development and Strategy throughout the deal lifecycle.
