The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of corporate/M&A experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate/M&A experience.
• Law degree from an accredited school and bar admission.
• Ability to manage domestic and international transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiating and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide business‑oriented legal advice across global transactions.
• Lead and coordinate M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and minority investments.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, LOIs/term sheets and definitive agreements.
• Oversee due diligence and identify material legal risks.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax and other teams.
