Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar.
• 7+ years of corporate/M&A experience with sophisticated transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and due diligence.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage outside counsel.
• Strong written and oral communication, judgment and leadership.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on significant transactions.
• Independently manage domestic and international M&A through closing and integration.
• Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, LOIs, and definitive agreements.
• Lead due diligence and translate findings into protections for the deal.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax and HR on deals.
