Cencora, Inc. is seeking an experienced corporate/M&A attorney to deliver practical, business-oriented legal services across major transactions globally.

The role requires handling deals from inception to close and post-closing integration, with strong collaboration with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax, and HR teams. The candidate should have 7+ years of relevant experience, JD from an accredited law school, and the ability to manage outside counsel and complex negotiations with

Qualifications

• Strong corporate/M&A attorney with practical business-oriented advice across transactions.
• Independently manage domestic and international M&A and strategic transactions through lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, LOIs/term sheets, definitive agreements, and ancillary documents.
• Lead due diligence and translate findings into protections; manage outside counsel and budgets.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax, and HR across deal life cycles.

• Provide strategic counseling on significant corporate matters for global organization.
• Lead deals from inception through closing and post-closing integration.
• Coordinate due diligence and identify material legal risks; craft transaction protections.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax, and other Legal teams throughout the lifecycle.
