Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• 4–8 years of legal practice with strong M&A experience.
• Ability to manage domestic and international transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating deal documents.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide business-oriented, efficient legal advice and strategic counseling on significant transactions.
• Lead domestic and international M&A and strategic transactions from inception through closing and post-closing integration.
• Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, LOIs/term sheets, and definitive transaction documents.
• Coordinate legal due diligence and translate findings into protections.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax, and other teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
