Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Corporate/M&A attorney to provide practical, business-focused legal services for significant transactions across our global organization.

The role requires 4–8 years of experience, a JD, and the ability to independently manage complex deals from start to finish, coordinating with Corporate Development and other internal teams. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of legal experience with expertise in corporate/M&A.
• Licensed to practice law in a state bar.
• Experience handling domestic and international M&A and related transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-oriented legal advice on significant transactions.
• Manage domestic and international M&A deals from inception to post-close.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, LOIs, term sheets, and definitive agreements.
• Lead due diligence and identify material risks.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax, HR and IT.
• Lead negotiations and manage outside counsel.
