Cencora, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate/M&A attorney to lead significant transactions across the global organization. The role demands the ability to independently manage domestic and international deals from inception through closing and post‑closing integration.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential as you partner with Corporate Development and Finance teams. Qualified candidates will have 7+ years of corporate/M&A experience, a J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• 4 to 8 years of corporate/M&A experience.
• Experience leading complex transactions and drafting transaction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-oriented legal advice across M&A and corporate matters.
• Manage domestic and international M&A transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, LOIs, and definitive agreements.
• Lead due diligence and identify material legal risks.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, and HR throughout deals.
• Coordinate outside counsel and manage legal spend.
