• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with large, multi‑line global accounts is preferred.
• Strong time management and independent work capability, including remote work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data reporting.
• Familiarity with lease contracts, fee structures, and billing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration matters.
• Maintain understanding of client agreements, scope of work, and billing information in WorkTrac.
• Conduct regular client meetings to present portfolio updates, metrics, and reports.
• Develop governance programs, cadence for reporting, and cross‑functional communications.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information; manage risk mitigation.
