Job summary

Colliers in the United States is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage lease administration for midsized to large accounts under a global account structure. You will oversee client relationships, governance programs, and critical lease data workflows.

This remote role requires 5+ years in CRE lease administration or related fields, familiarity with systems like Visual Lease and ProLease, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or real estate.
• Experience with CRE databases such as Visual Lease, ProLease, CoStar and WorkTrac.
• Experience with global accounts and 1,000+ leases is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and time management.
• Ability to work independently, preferably remotely.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on lease administration.
• Meet with clients to review portfolio updates and performance reports.
• Manage client governance programs and communication cadence.
• Track expirations, option dates, and critical lease information.
• Assist with monthly client billing and pass-through expenses.
• Oversee global team delivering services per contract.
• Prepare monthly rental payment schedules.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve disputes with landlords and clients.
• Maintain lease data in databases and ensure data integrity.
