Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator, Client Lead to manage Lease Administration for midsized to large accounts with high complexity in a remote-capable setup. You will coordinate client and vendor relationships, establish schedules and reports, and drive governance and process improvements across global teams.

The role requires 5+ years in lease administration/accounting, experience with major CRE databases, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate lease administration and/or accounting in landlord or tenant role.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• Experience with CRE database applications such as Visual Lease, APEX, ProLease, CoStar, WorkTrac, Lucernex, Planon, Manhattan or similar.
• Experience handling global accounts with 1,000+ leases and global account management structure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease administration.
• Understand client objectives, portfolio strategy, and service expectations.
• Maintain client contract data in WorkTrac and related billing details.
• Conduct regular meetings to present portfolio updates, metrics and reports.
• Develop governance programs for reporting cadence and client reviews.
• Track expirations, option exercise dates, and critical lease information.
• Ensure services are delivered per client process and contract across global team.
• Prepare and lead client pitches for new business.
• Establish weekly communications with global lease admin team to discuss issues.
