Fully remote work with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven record in strategic enterprise account management.
• Experience selling IT services and translating tech capabilities into business outcomes.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-location accounts and senior stakeholder maps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic account plans with mutual objectives and milestones.
• Lead negotiations on RFQs and contracts, coordinating multiple Arrow teams.
• Build executive-level relationships across customer organizations.
