Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Key Account Executive to manage large, multi-location enterprise customers. You will develop strategic account plans, build senior-level relationships, and drive revenue by delivering Arrow's supply chain and design solutions.

The role involves RFQ leadership, contract negotiations, and coordinating across sales and services teams. Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years of strategic sales experience, strong IT channel knowledge, and a proven track record of exceeding

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
• Strong understanding of the IT Channel Ecosystem and value of solution selling.
• Proven success developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Consistent record of strong performance in senior/strategic sales roles.
• Able to operate in a highly matrixed environment and align cross-functional teams.
• Capable of recruiting, influencing, and growing business in both existing and new accounts.
• Experience selling IT services and translating capabilities into customer outcomes.
• Established relationships on the OEM and broader partner side.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for large, multi-location Arrow customers and drive quota attainment.
• Lead strategic account planning, including mutual objectives and milestones.
• Execute solutions selling leveraging Arrow supply chain and design capabilities.
• Coordinate resources across sales support, service, and management as needed.
• Negotiate significant contracts and manage RFQs within Arrow guidelines.
