Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional key account relationships and cross-business collaborations. You will develop annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and explore opportunities with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams, with a regional scope that may include select global negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• US work eligibility; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
