Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust sales plan. You will manage key relationships with a global brand owner and drive growth across multiple locations, including potential global negotiations.

The role requires strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent)
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience is required
• US work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship is available

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate regional accounts and develop annual sales plans.
• Lead and nurture customer relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to grow value and volume.
• Gather market intelligence to shape sales strategies.
• Lead negotiations and price-change implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experience (CX).
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level in daily work.
• Deliver growth through cross-business opportunities and articulate trade-offs.
