Cytel is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a newly forming team, supporting senior leaders across global operations. You will partner with leadership to implement and measure people solutions that drive growth and strategic value.

The role emphasizes collaboration with COE functions and change management leadership. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in HR, strong business acumen, and experience influencing senior teams in fast‑growing, global settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or in a mix of generalist and specialist roles.
• Experience partnering with senior executive management in mid to large, high growth global environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and ability to work in global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to assigned business units to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead delivery of people strategy and programs with COE partners.
• Coach and partner with executives and leadership teams; influence across levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR matrices including ER, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, HR operations, legal.
• Drive change management for global programs, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.
• Use HR analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
