Cytel Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a newly forming HR leadership team. You will support senior executives and their teams in a global environment, crafting and measuring HR solutions aligned with business growth and strategy.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead cross-functional HR initiatives, partner with COE teams, coach leaders, and drive change management for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations while leveraging HR analytics to inform decisions.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree required.
10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or in related HR roles.
Proven experience partnering with senior executive management in global, high-growth environments.
Strong business and financial acumen.

Mansioni

Partner with senior and mid-level leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
Lead delivery of HR programs in collaboration with COE and HR partners.
Provide coaching across leadership levels and influence across the organization.
Coordinate with matrix teams (HR, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, HR ops, legal).
Lead change management activities during reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
Use HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
