Job summary

Cytel seeks an HR Business Partner leader to partner with senior executives and global business units. You will shape people strategy, lead change initiatives, and measure impact using analytics. This is a strategic, high-visibility role requiring influence across leadership levels and cross-functional teams.

Based in New Jersey, you will join a growing HR leadership team and partner to drive growth, performance and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as HR generalist or mix of generalist and specialist.
• Proven track record partnering with senior executive teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Global HR experience and change management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner and leadership team member for one or more business units to align people and business strategy.
• Lead delivery of people strategies and programs with COE partners.
• Provide coaching and thought partnership to leadership across levels.
• Coordinate matrix teams across HR functions (ER, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, HR ops, legal).
• Lead change management activities for new global HR programs, reorganizations, M&A to minimize disruption.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
