Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the leadership team and support senior executives and their teams in a global environment. This role involves constructing, implementing, and measuring HR solutions aligned with business growth and objectives.

You will collaborate with COE partners to deliver HR programs, coach senior leaders, and drive change management across mergers, reorganizations, and other initiatives while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or in a blend of generalist and specialist roles.
• Proven success partnering with senior executive management teams in mid-to-large, high-growth global environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Detail oriented with ability to lead big-picture strategy and detailed execution.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the HR Business Partner and leadership team member for one or more business units to align people strategy with business strategy.
• Lead implementation and delivery of people strategy and programs with COE leaders and teams for assigned units.
• Provide coaching and thought partnership across leadership teams; influence at all levels.
• Collaborate with matrix teams including EEs relations, talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, HR operations, legal, and finance.
