Job summary

Cytel is expanding its HR Business Partner team and seeks a strategic HR leader to support senior executives and their teams in a global environment. You will contribute to business growth by constructing, implementing, and measuring HR solutions aligned with business needs, and you will collaborate with COE partners across HR.

This role requires a solution-oriented mindset and strong executive partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years HR generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience.
• Proven success partnering with senior executive management teams in mid to large, high growth global environments.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Act as HRBP and leadership team member to align people strategy with business strategy.
• Lead implementation of HR programs with COE partners for assigned units.
• Provide coaching to leadership at multiple levels and influence cross-functionally.
• Oversee change management activities for global HR programs, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
