Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking a solution-oriented HR Business Partner to join a newly forming team and partner with senior executives in a global environment, driving people strategy that aligns to business growth and performance.

You will coach leaders, manage change across reorganizations, mergers, and rapid growth; collaborate with COE partners; and leverage HR analytics to measure impact while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or in a combination of generalist and specialist roles.
Experience partnering with senior executive management in global environments.

Responsibilities

Operate as HR Business Partner to one or more business units to align people and business strategy.
Lead implementation of people programs with COE partners across HR functions.
Provide coaching and thought partnership to leaders and teams at all levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (ER, TA, Comp & Benefits, HR Ops, etc.).
Lead change management activities for global programs, reorganizations, and M&A.
Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure program effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
