Job summary

Cytel Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to join a newly forming HR leadership team. You will partner with senior executives, shape people strategy, and drive global programs to support growth and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years as an HR generalist or in related roles, and proven success collaborating with executive teams in global, high-growth settings. Strong business acumen and confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of HR generalist or combination of generalist/specialist experience.
• Proven success partnering with senior executive management teams in global, high-growth environments.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical or similar industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR Business Partner and leadership team member to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead delivery of all people strategy and programs in partnership with COE leaders.
• Provide coaching and thought partnership to leadership teams across multiple levels.
• Coordinate with matrix team and HR centers of excellence (e.g., EER, TA, comp & benefits, HR operations, payroll, legal).
• Lead change management activities for global HR programs, reorganizations, M&A to minimize disruption.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
