Job summary

Cytel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a newly forming team in Utah. You will partner with senior executives to align people strategy with business goals in a global environment and influence leaders across the organization.

You will build, implement and measure HR solutions, coach leaders, manage change programs, and work with COE partners to drive talent, rewards, and compliance. A hands-on leader comfortable with growth initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of HR generalist or mix of generalist and specialist experience.
• Proven success partnering with senior exec management in mid-to-large, high-growth global environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Detail oriented with the ability to lead big-picture strategy and execution.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation; global teams experience.
• High integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving, judgement and decision-making skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office 365; Oracle HCM experience preferred.
• Experience in CRO, pharmaceutical or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Business Partner to one or more business units to align people strategy with business goals.
• Lead delivery of people programs in partnership with COE teams.
• Provide coaching and thought partnership to leadership across levels.
• Coordinate matrix teams including ER, TA, compensation, payroll, HR ops, and legal.
• Drive change management communications for global programs, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Leverage HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
