Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.
• Attention to detail.
• Translates feasibility intelligence into actionable study and site selection decisions right sites first time.
• Uses historical performance data and market intelligence to support decision making.
• Influences country allocation and site selection strategy through evidence-based recommendations.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet research capabilities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication proficiency.
• Superior time management skills; ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, as well as work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must be flexible around travel and work hours if a business need should arise.

Responsabilités

• Lead and perform paid feasibility assessments with limited supervision across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply knowledge to moderately complex activities.
• Coordinate sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs with internal stakeholders.
• Provide mentoring as directed by line manager and support personal development.
• Coordinate work of team members during multi-study programs and mentoring periods.
• Support department management in achieving group objectives.
• Liaise with Business Units, Development, Medical Directors, and other team members on sponsor requirements.
• Conduct literature research to provide background information.
• Prepare materials for and attend bid defense meetings under supervision.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility impact on recruitment and site identification.
• Maintain records and store data in internal libraries promptly.
• Assist in developing feasibility analysis systems and data storage/retrieval tools.
• Deliver site feasibility assessments as presentations or reports to stakeholders.
• Evaluate informatics tools like registry search, enrollment modeling, and feasibility tools.
