Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated engagements across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. You will independently drive RFP feasibility, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and deliver insights to guide site selection and study strategy.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, data analysis skills, and experience in CRO/pharma feasibility. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in the CRO/Pharma industry.
• Effective sales and bid text development
• Working and managing individuals and data to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid feasibility studies for RFPs and individual feasibility assessments.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines.
• Independently liaises with stakeholders to review sponsor requirements for RFPs.
• Develop and deliver pre-award site feasibility assessments in presentations/reports.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
