Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead to advance sponsor-dedicated feasibility efforts across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. You will independently drive RFP feasibility, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver data-driven site selection strategies with strong English communication.

The role emphasizes management of multiple assignments, mentorship opportunities, and development of new informatics tools while aligning with CRO/pharma industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science with emphasis on research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Effective sales and bid text development.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for RFPs and paid feasibility across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and apply analysis skills.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• Develop metrics to measure impact of feasibility assessments and site identification activities.
• Maintain comprehensive records and data in internal libraries.
