Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead dedicated to sponsor-specific work across UK, Poland, Spain, or US. The role requires independent work, strong scientific acumen, and ability to coordinate with internal teams and sponsors globally.

The ideal candidate will lead feasibility assessments, manage multiple projects, mentor colleagues, and leverage advanced MS Office tools to produce data-driven site selection recommendations. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Working independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Effective sales and bid text development.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and internet research capabilities.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills.
• Excellent English communication proficiency.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility assessments for RFPs and paid feasibility across indications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and propose analytic approaches.
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocol teams, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentor team members and support staff development as directed.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Medical Directors, and other stakeholders to review requirements.
• Research literature and internal metrics for background information.
• Prepare materials for bid defenses and meetings under supervision.
• Develop metrics to measure impact of feasibility and site identification activities.
• Maintain comprehensive records and data storage in internal libraries.
