Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Global Feasibility Lead for sponsor-dedicated roles across the UK, Poland, Spain, or US. The role requires leading RFP and paid feasibility assessments independently, coordinating with sponsors and internal teams, and mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research; strong data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific data and methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and paid feasibility assessments with minimal oversight.
• Manage multiple assignments across therapeutic areas.
• Proactively identify solutions for non-standard requests.
• Liaise with sponsors, protocol teams, and timelines for RFPs.
• Mentor and develop junior staff when assigned by manager.
• Coordinate work of team members during multi-study programs.
• Support department management in achieving business objectives.
• Review sponsor requirements and timelines with internal stakeholders.
• Perform literature research using credible sources and internal tools.
• Contribute to development of feasibility systems and metrics.
