Aon is seeking a Senior Event Manager, Reinsurance to lead complex, multi-workstream events from strategy through onsite execution, reconciliation, and post-event close. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape event strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget governance.

Based in the U.S. with remote flexibility, this role requires 25-30% travel across North America. You will leverage Cvent and event tech to deliver impactful experiences and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive corporate event management experience, including independent ownership of complex, high-visibility programs.
• Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and project leadership skills.
• Experience influencing across a large, global, matrixed organization and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Proficiency with Cvent across registration, mobile apps, reporting, attendee management, and post-event budget entry.

Responsabilités

• Own complex, multi-workstream events from intake and strategy through onsite execution and post-event close.
• Act as trusted advisor to business partners and senior stakeholders shaping event strategy and resolving issues.
• Align events with business priorities, governance, and attendee experience goals.
