Job summary

Opus Agency is seeking a Senior Event Manager, Operations to drive end-to-end execution for major events. This remote, full-time role focuses on detailed operational planning, vendor coordination, and ensuring flawless delivery under tight deadlines.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and guide junior staff while traveling domestically and internationally as needed to oversee on-site execution for large programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within the event industry.
• 2-3 years team management experience.
• Experience leading programs or managing complex workstreams at a large scale (5,000-15,000+ attendees in person).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex workstreams and event logistics for large-scale events (5,000–15,000+ attendees).
• Own detailed operational planning, including timelines, production schedules, run-of-show, and vendor coordination.
