Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support multiple events simultaneously under the direction of Event Manager and Senior Event Manager.
• Coordinate attendee registration and event communications via Cvent and Eloqua.
• Manage attendee lists, rooming lists, dietary requirements, and travel logistics.
• Coordinate hotel reservations and room block management.
• Arrange speaker travel, VIPs, and sponsors; support on-site execution.
