Job summary

Qualys, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager in Finance to own day-to-day stock administration for options and RSUs globally. You will manage Equity Edge, prepare grants, tunings, and tax reports, and support payroll and accounting with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, manage insider trading restrictions, and collaborate with transfer agents to settle trades. Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or similar preferred.
• Must have at least 8 years experience in stock administration using Equity Edge and E-Trade.
• Must have experience with stock options and RSUs.
• Must have global equity taxation knowledge.
• Must have public company experience.
• Must know how to handle global mobility and have conceptually put together global mobility tracking program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Equity Edge database and ensure accuracy at all times.
• Prepare and process stock options, RSUs, ESPP grants, cancellations, exercises and releases for all employees and other equity holders.
• Prepare international employee withholding taxes true up.
• Prepare monthly equity reconciliations for Accounting.
• Provide NQ, ISO, RSU, ESPP tax reports to Payroll.
• Generate reports from Equity Edge database, including participants’ summaries.
• Maintain trading blackout periods and insider trading policy restrictions.
• Interact with transfer agent to settle trades and reconcile DWAC for 16(b) plans.
