Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a Senior Global Stock Plan Administrator to oversee the administration, governance, compliance, reporting, and execution of our global equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and ESPP. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Tax, Accounting, Legal, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely award processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of stock plan administration experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of global equity programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and ESPP.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Payroll, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Finance, HRIS, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer global equity programs for employees, executives, and directors across multiple countries.
• Manage the full award lifecycle, including grants, vesting, releases, exercises, tax withholding, cancellations, forfeitures, terminations and retirement.
• Administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, including enrollment, payroll contribution files, quarterly purchase processing, reconciliations, refunds, and participant support.
• Review and resolve complex transactions, data exceptions, and participant inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and judgment.
• Coordinate recurring and off-cycle equity events according to approved plan documents, policies, calendars, and service-level expectations.
