Job summary

Resideo seeks a Senior Manager, Stock Plan Administration to lead our equity program operations. You will own day-to-day administration of global equity plans, ensure accurate reporting, and partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR to deliver a compliant employee experience.

You will drive improvements, manage audits and controls under SOX, support the Board and Compensation Committee, and mentor the team while staying focused on accuracy and efficiency across locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in stock plan administration at a public company is required.
• Demonstrated ability administering global equity plans with equity administration systems (ShareWorks/E Equity Edge Online/Fidelity PSW).
• Expertise in Employee Stock Purchase Plans and review of Form 4s and 10b5-1 plans.
• Experience with granting and taxation of international equity.
• Working knowledge of SOX 404.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of global equity programs, including stock awards and ESPP.
• Evaluate and improve stock administration processes, implementing automation and vendor accountability.
• Maintain equity award database and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Ensure accurate recording of new awards, exercises, terminations, and RSU releases.
• Ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting to payroll.
• Prepare reconciliations of equity award data with accounting, HR, payroll, and transfer agents.
• Support annual tax forms and year-end tax statements for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors for SOX controls and audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide equity program training materials.
