Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation is seeking a Senior Equity Administrator to manage the organization’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, performance shares, and ESPP.

You will process equity transactions, maintain cap tables, manage vendor relationships, support annual grants, and ensure compliance with securities laws, ASC718, and SOX controls. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll to optimize equity program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Master’s degree is a plus for advanced roles.
• 8+ years of equity compensation administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual equity grant programs and communication.
• Process and administer equity transactions (options, RSUs, vesting, exercises).
• Determine appropriate equity packages for hires, promotions and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate cap tables and equity records.
• Manage vendor relationships with plan administrators and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with securities laws and ASC718 accounting standards.
• Prepare Section16 reports (Forms 3, 4, 5) with the SEC.
• Support SOX controls and audit documentation for equity plans.
• Conduct market research to optimize equity practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll.
