Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Senior Equity Administrator to lead the administration of the company’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and related governance. You will manage grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations while ensuring alignment with legal and accounting standards.

The role requires extensive experience with equity platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to optimize compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of equity compensation administration experience.
• Experience with complex stock plan structures and multiple equity vehicles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; regulatory and tax considerations.
• Proficiency with equity platforms and Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual equity grant programs and communications.
• Process equity transactions including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations.
• Determine equity packages for hires, promotions, and grants based on guidelines.
• Maintain accurate equity records and cap tables; manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with securities laws, ASC 718, and SOX controls.
• Prepare Section 16 reports (Forms 3, 4, 5) in Workiva; assist audits.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll on equity strategies.
• Provide guidance to HR and management on equity policies and administration.
