Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility.
Data-driven with experience designing measurement frameworks and SH reports.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategy and execution for global enablement programs.
Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships across StratOps, Product, TS Leadership.
Translate business goals into multi-quarter roadmaps and executive-ready materials.
Design metrics frameworks; pull Salesforce/LMS data to track KPIs.
Mentor junior ICs and drive AI-powered workflows to scale programs.
