Job summary

Datadog's GTM Enablement team designs, plans, and executes global enablement programs that improve go-to-market performance. As Senior Program Manager, you will own end-to-end programs, diagnose gaps, gather evidence, and partner with Sales Enablement, Curriculum, Operations, and more to deliver measurable results.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, build change management programs, and drive adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, change management, or sales enablement.
• Experience designing and managing complex, global, cross-functional programs.
• Strong data-driven approach to identify performance gaps and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned enablement programs end-to-end with strategy, timelines, and success criteria.
• Diagnose performance gaps and translate findings into a multi-faceted strategy.
• Partner with Sales Enablement across Curriculum, Field Enablement, Operations to deliver measurable results.
