Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior TS Enablement Program Manager to lead global enablement initiatives within the Technical Solutions Enablement team, focusing on Support Engineering. You will own complex program roadmaps, drive adoption, and collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into measurable impact.

You will operate with autonomy, mentor junior team members, and incorporate AI-powered workflows to scale enablement programs while aligning with regional needs and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in enablement or program management.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility.
• Data-driven with Salesforce and LMS reporting experience.
• PROSCI/ADKAR certification (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, global enablement programs across regions and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across StratOps, Product, TS Leadership, and People Team.
• Translate business goals into multi-quarter program roadmaps and communicate priorities to leadership.
• Design metrics frameworks; pull and analyze Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs; present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Build executive-ready materials that translate data and insights into clear recommendations.
• Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to inform program strategy.
• Design tools, resources, communications, and training to scale TS workflow changes with Curriculum and Field teams.
• Partner with leadership to design ramp and enablement programs accounting for specialist vs generalist development.
• Mentor junior EPM ICs and raise the quality bar across program work.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and delivery of enablement programs.
