Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts and cross‑business relationships for a key global brand owner. You will develop yearly sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross‑functional teams, and may engage in global negotiations or projects. Travel and relocation considerations apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and develop account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape plans and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM, DSR, CMT and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth and identify cross-business opportunities.
• Explain short vs long term trade offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
