Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional and cross-biz activities for a global brand owner relationship in personal care. The role spans multiple U.S. locations with potential East Coast travel, coordinating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline and drive growth.

You will manage stakeholder deliverables, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver the annual sales plan while exploring new opportunities and negotiating strategic price changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent).
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
