Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relations for a key global brand owner in personal care. You will manage direct accounts, develop annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, negotiating terms, and delivering growth across markets with potential global negotiations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and develop account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan to deliver value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the plan.
• Lead negotiations and price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth across business units.
• Explain short vs long term trade offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
