Job summary

Outreach seeks a Senior Global Rewards Analyst to own compensation and equity programs globally. You will shape market pricing, merit cycles, and equity administration while ensuring compliance across regions.

The role blends deep analytics with end-to-end program ownership as Outreach scales internationally. You will collaborate with Recruiting, Finance, and leadership to ensure fair and competitive pay practices, backed by data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in compensation or total rewards at a high-growth company.
• Experience running annual merit cycles and equity refresh grants.
• Experience mapping roles to survey data and salary ranges.
• Advanced Excel with complex models for range analysis and planning.
• Ability to influence Recruiting, Finance, and leadership up to VP/C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Designing and governing global rewards programs, including compensation and equity policies.
• Pricing the market and maintaining global band structures across geographies.
• Managing annual merit, promotion, bonus, and equity grant cycles end to end.
• Partnering with Recruiting and People Business Partners on promotions, offers, and reclassifications.
• Staying current on pay regulations (FLSA, EEOC, pay transparency) and reporting obligations.
• Building analyses from HRIS, payroll, and survey data on pay equity and retention.
• Designing rewards communications to educate employees and managers.
• Using AI and automation to improve reward delivery and processes.
