Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to design and optimize global compensation strategy. You will blend analytical rigor with consulting acumen to ensure rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant.

The role requires deep expertise in broad-based compensation, market realities, and translating data into actionable insights for executive leadership. Workday HCM and advanced Excel are essential, with exposure to BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field.
8+ years of progressive corporate compensation experience, global scope.
Advanced Workday HCM and Excel skills; experience with Tableau/PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide data-backed compensation recommendations to People Business Partners and leadership.
Lead job architecture, scaling, and career leveling to support organizational growth and internal equity.
Oversee M&A reward integration and role mapping across acquisitions.
Lead global annual compensation planning including merit, promotions, bonuses, and LTI; prepare executive presentations.
Conduct benchmarking studies using salary surveys and internal analytics to design competitive structures.
Lead pay equity analyses and compliance with global regulations (FLSA, wage transparency).
Ensure data integrity in Workday and produce predictive executive reports.
