Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Global Compensation Analyst to support design and administration of global compensation programs. This fully remote role partners with the Total Rewards team, HRBPs, and Finance to deliver market insights, build practical tools, and maintain compensation governance across the enterprise.

You will work on benchmarking, data analysis, Workday enhancements, and communications for annual pay Reviews, ensuring consistency and equity across OpCos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in compensation, Total Rewards, Finance, HR analytics, or a related HR function.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and compensation data.
• Experience with HRIS data, preferably Workday.
• Clear communication, translating compensation concepts for HRBPs, managers, and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual benchmarking activities with external survey vendors.
• Prepare group-level analyses that assess internal equity and external market competitiveness.
• Support implementation of new or updated compensation and benefit programs for Corporate as an OpCo.
• Contribute to global compensation and executive compensation projects with data analysis and modeling.
• Support annual review of pay zone premiums by gathering market data and preparing recommendations.
• Create and maintain compensation tools, templates, training, and reference materials.
• Assist with Workday compensation enhancements, testing, and documentation.
• Support annual compensation process communications and timelines.
• Document standard operating procedures for recurring compensation processes.
• Coordinate recurring compensation governance activities and escalate questions as needed.
