Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions, a leader in materials science, is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business relationships in personal care, while managing other key accounts. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive growth through data-driven market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and prepare/implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across segments.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve CX.
• Utilize CRM/DSR/CMT/Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
