Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross‑business accounts for a global brand owner in personal care. You will develop and deliver the annual sales plan, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and build a pipeline with TS&D and Marketing to capture new opportunities.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive price negotiations. The role may include global negotiations or projects, with locations such as Midland, MI; Houston,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. based candidates must be eligible to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship/support is available.

• Manage account portfolio - prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
• Lead/conduct negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
• Deliver growth, including cross business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long term trade offs and articulate them for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
